When it comes to bonito tataki, its freshness and savory flavor are vital.
We use fresh bonito that we carefully procure from single-stream fishing.
Craftsmen use straw-roasting to bring out the aroma, allowing you to fully enjoy the flavor of the meaty bonito.
In addition, the restaurant uses the "grill-out" method, where each fish is carefully cooked to order.
Freshly grilled, the savory aroma and flavor that complements the bonito will spread in your mouth.
Also available as a set meal or as an individual dish, the straw-roasted bonito tataki comes in a set that includes both salt and sauce!
